Firstly, we would carry out an in depth inspection of the entire premises inside and out. Having completed the survey we would know the type of pests we are dealing with, the level of infestation and damage caused by the infestation. This also allows us to identify Hazards to enable us to complete the Risk Assessment. This allows us to know the best course of action.
Health and Safety at Work Regulations require "a suitable and sufficient" risk assessment at the work place to be carried out before any work is undertaken. Completion of a risk assessment will ensure that the assessment is both appropriate and complete.
In commercial premises a Report Book will be left on site containing risk assessment, schedule of pesticides, information summary sheet, bait plan (showing location of all rodenticide baits) and pesticide safety data sheets. A report is filled in on every visit reporting type of visit, pesticide used and quantity, report on pests found and level of infestation. Recommendations will be given regarding pest entry points, housekeeping, stacking etc..
Contracts are tailored made to suit individual businesses depending on type of infestation, level of infestation and type of business. These can vary from 4 visits to 12 visits per annum but a standard contract would be 8 routine visits per annum, if problems arise between routine visits extra visits will be given to clear up infestation at no extra cost. We have contracts that require out of hour visits fortnightly on Saturdays and Sundays. So nothing is a problem.
Being based in rural area the majority of our work is in rodent control in farm buildings but we also service shops, bakers, restaurants, cafes, factories, offices, warehouses, hotels, colleges, feed merchants, campsites, grain stores and domestic houses for all types of pest control.
ALL CLEAR PEST CONTROL deals with a variety of pest problems from clearing up heavy rat infestation on farms, pigeon trapping on factory roofs, spray treatment of grain stores, feral cat trapping, removal of pigeon droppings from churches and schools, wasp nests, ants, trapping and gassing thousands of rabbit's right down to mice in a house. We have even been asked to remove a snake from a bathroom.
